Return & Refund
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
Replacement / Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if:
1.You received the wrong product.
2.The product was received in a damaged or leaking condition.
3.The product received is expired.
Reporting an Issue
Please notify us within 2 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email with:
1.Order number
2.Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
3.Images of the product and package
Claims raised after 2 hours may not be accepted.
Resolution
After verification, we may:
Send a replacement, or
Provide a refund.
The decision will depend on the nature of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever feasible. If that is not possible, an alternative refund method will be mutually agreed with the customer.
